I think I have finally figured out the meaning of the Carolina Circle Crescent Emblem.

The green part of the emblem that has the crescent shape forms a "C" which probably means "Carolina". The green circle probably means "Circle". Put those two together and you get "Carolina Circle".

Just to let you know, I use that emblem for most of my Carolina Circle related things just like how I use that Interstate 40 sign in my road related things.
