I think this ad definitely proves that Carolina Circle Mall really did make Christmases special. I agree that Carolina Circle Mall was where Christmas dreams came true.

Christmas Ad November 1990
This is from a November 1990 edition of the Greensboro News & Record.
One of the many things I love about Carolina Circle Mall is the fact that they liked to have a little fun with their advertising, as evidenced in this “Santa’s Back” ad and the Life Around the Circle comics. Other malls like Four Seasons or even Hanes Mall have never had any fun ads like the ads published by Carolina Circle Mall. Just my two cents.

This is the Page High School Christmas Choir performing at Carolina Circle Mall in December of 1985. These are also the first high quality pictures I've seen of the mall's interior during the Ice Rink Era.
