You've probably already noticed some pretty major changes to Carolina Circle City. Well, let me explain.I've been trying to make some changes to Carolina Circle City that just wouldn't work with the old template, so I decided to change it to this. Besides, all of those circles in the background make sense.
I also made some changes to the emblem.
