30 Year Celebration... Ideas?

On August 4, 2006, Carolina Circle Mall will be 30 years old. I'm trying to come up with something spectacular for this blog to celebrate the mall's big 3-0. Got any ideas of how Carolina Circle City could celebrate the 30 year celebration?
