I was doing some Carolina Circle research on the News & Record website and discovered that the Monks restaurant formally located at the Carolina Circle Food Court is reopening at the Northeast Shopping Center on Summit Avenue this month. It appears that there is a .5% return of Carolina Circle Mall.
Good to hear that Monk's is coming back :-)
